Accessing External References
HOPEX allows you to create references to text outside the repository. For example, you can create references to regulations concerning security measures, the environment, legal issues, and so on.
These external references can be associated with all repository objects: In the properties dialog box of the object, you can enter the location of the document or the Internet or Intranet address (URL) where the information can be accessed. You need only click the Open button in the tab to access the document.
*If the document cannot be accessed in electronic format, you can make reference to it in the comment of the object associated with this document.
