External references relative to the environment or site
You can locate your external references in a sub-folder of the environment or site.
This folder relates to the environment or site. This allows you to move the environment or site without having to worry about path validity.
Path example:
C:\MyEnvironment\ExternalRef.doc.
If the environment is moved to another network resource, the path (relative and not absolute) remains valid.
