Exporting an Object List to Excel
You can export an object list to an Excel-format file.
To export objects and the displayed attributes:
1. Select the objects that interest you.
2. In the menu bar of the list, click More > Excel .
The Excel file content depends on the pre-selected HOPEX options.

• If the Excel Export: availability in lists option is not activated, the Excel file shows the exported objects in rows and their attributes in columns. This file cannot subsequently be imported again into HOPEX.
• If the Excel Export: availability in lists option is activated, the Excel file shows the exported objects in rows and some of the editable attributes in columns.
*This file can be re-imported into HOPEX using the import wizard. See Data Import via Excel.
