To create a diagram, you must initialize the diagram from the object you wish to describe. You can perform this action from:
• the object property pages
• the object in a list
• the object in a tree
You can then design the diagram:
• insert objects
• insert shapes
• insert text
• organize objects and shapes

Creating a Diagram (property pages)
*Certain types of diagram can only be created once per object (e.g.: one single process diagram can be created from a process).
To create a diagram from an object properties:
1. Access the object properties.
2. Display its Diagrams page.
The number of diagrams already created for the object is specified at the page name level.
Example: here we have 3 diagrams
The diagrams which describe the object are displayed in the form of tiles.
Example: here the object is described by 3 types of diagrams.
3. Click the Create a diagram tile.
The creation wizard opens. It presents the diagram types (Structured diagram) available for the object.

*Hover the cursor over the tiles for more details on the specificities of the diagram type in question.
*If needed, click View more diagram types.
4. Hover the mouse over the tile corresponding to the type of diagram you wish to design and click Create this diagram.
You diagram is initialized and opens in edit mode.
Creating a Diagram (list)
In most of the Solutions, object lists contain a Diagrams column. It facilitates the access to an object diagrams or to the creation of a diagram.
To create a diagram from a list:
1. Access a list of objects.
Example: go to a list of applications through a homepage indicator.
2. In the Diagrams column, click the number of existing diagrams.
3. Click the Create a diagram tile.
4. Go on as indicated here: Click the Create a diagram tile.
*If the object is not yet described by a diagram, the Create a diagram icon appears directly in the column. Click this icon to launch the creation wizard.
Creating a Diagram (tree)
Trees can contain icons representing a shortcut to the creation of a diagram. These icons appear when hovering the cursor over the object name.
To create a diagram from a tree:
1. Access a tree of objects.
E.g.: a tree of applications in the Browsing area.
2. Hover the cursor over the object name.
3. Click Create a diagram .
4. Go on as indicated here: Click the Create a diagram tile.
