Adding a Review Note
You can add a review note:
• to an object, using a list of objects
• (HOPEX Explorer) to an object attribute in the object property pages
When you add a review note to an object, you automatically subscribe to the alerts on object modifications.
Adding a review note to an object
To add a review note to an object:
1. From your HOPEX desktop, access the Review Notes of an object.
The Review Notes window shows the review notes – open or validated – that already exist on the object.
2. In the text editing field, type in your note.
You can use the @ character followed by at least the first letter of the name of the person that you want to mention in your text. Then, select the person in the list that appears.
The persons mentioned in a review note are automatically added to the list of persons that follow the object.3. Click Add.
Your object review note is created.

Users subscribing to alerts on object modifications get notified.
Adding a review note to an object attribute (HOPEX Explorer)
In HOPEX Explorer, you can add a more precise review note, specifying the object attribute concerned.
To add a review note to an object attribute:
1. From your HOPEX desktop, access the properties of the object carrying the targeted attribute.
2. In the property page, alongside the attribute of interest, click Display or create review notes 
.

3. In the text edition field, enter your note and click Add.
The Opened/Validated Review Notes section shows the note.
