Accessing Collaboration Information on an Object
You can access a collaboration information on an object contained in a list or in a tree.
To access a collaboration information on an object:
1. In your HOPEX desktop, access the object concerned:
• in an object list
• in a tree
For example: an object in the tree of your favorites.
2. Hover the mouse over:
• (list) the Local name column of the object and click More .
• (tree) the object row and click Properties .
3. Click the feature concerned:
• Review Notes
The Review Notes window displays, see Review Notes.
• Workflows
The property window of the object opens and displays its Workflows page, see Using Workflows.
• Activity Feed
The property window of the object opens and displays its Activity Feed page, see Activity on Objects.
