HOPEX proposes functions simplifying the management of enterprise process and architecture modeling projects.
An EA project can be built based on a project type. Each project type is connected to at least one method, which describes the phases of project implementation.
*An EA project type defines project typology such as description of a business process, mapping or development of applications, etc. A project type can be implemented using one or several methods.
*A method represents a series of actions carried out to achieve a goal. A method is described by a series of phases.
*A phase is an operational activity that participates in production of the deliverables of the approach. It can be an activity related to production, verification, delivery, etc.
