Preparing the work environment

Before starting an assessment campaign, you must first prepare the work environment. Check that you have:

• connected controls to processes

See Scoping Controls.

• connected processes to organization entities

See Connecting Environment Objects.

• defined questionnaire respondents and specified an e-mail for each

See Specifying control responsible users.

Starting Assessment Sessions

It is not necessary to manually execute deployment, validation and launch if you choose to launch the assessment session immediately after you created it or if you schedule it from the creation wizard. See Variations in the Launch of Assessment Sessions.
