Managing Favorites
Favorites allows you to quickly access objects consulted regularly. They enable access to all actions possible on these objects. Favorites are useful when your repository is large and you want to save valuable time in navigation.
Adding an object to favorites
To add an object to your Favorites list (Windows Front-End):
1. Connect to HOPEX.
2. Right-click the object you want to add to your favorites and select Add to Favorites.
To add an object to your Favorites list (Web Front-End):
1. Connect to HOPEX.
2. Depending on where you are in HOPEX:
• object or tree: Right-click the object and select Add to Favorites.
• Object list: select the object and in the
Action column, select
Properties 
.
The object is added to your favorites.
Accessing your favorites
To access your favorites (Windows Front-End):
1. In the
HOPEX menu bar, click

.
The favorites navigation window appears.
2. Expand the folders concerned to access the favorites.
To access your favorites (Web Front-End):
1. From your
HOPEX desktop, click the navigation menu
> <name of the navigation pane > > Favorites 
.

Most navigation panes give access to Favorites (e.g.:
Collaboration).
The Favorites tree appears in the edit area.
2. Expand the folders concerned to access the favorites.
Removing an object from favorites
To remove an object from your favorites list:
1. Access your favorites.
2. In the Favorites tree, right-click the object to be removed and select Remove.
