A report is created from a report template. MEGA provides predefined report templates specific to each HOPEX Solution.
Examples: application portfolio management, risk analysis.
A report groups sets of repository objects and studies their interactions. Object types and the viewpoint from which they are analyzed depend on the type of report to be created.
You can for example analyze a set of applications to determine their level of functional compatibility with a corresponding city plan.
In HOPEX Solutions, dynamic reports enable repository data analysis according to different perspectives.
*When the report allows, you can refine analysis results by launching new reports (instant reports) on all or certain of the objects studied. For more details, see "Managing Instant Reports".
