Analyzing Several Objects via a Report
Reports allow you to analyze several objects simultaneously.
You can for example determine the responsibilities of different org-units via the "Process Analysis" report.
To launch a report on a number of objects:
1. Display a list of objects
Example: a list of actors.
2. Select a number of objects.
3. Right-click the selection of objects and select Documentation > Report Discovery.
The report of available reports appears.
4. In the Available Reports section, expand the folder that corresponds to the report that interests you.
Example: Select the "Process Analysis" folder.
5. Click Launch New Report.
The report is generated automatically.
*To customize the report, click Customize and Launch New Report. For more details, see "Launching a report (Windows Front-End)".
In the report that appears, expand the "Org-Unit Responsibilities" folder.
You can see in which processes the org-units intervene.
