Editing a Report
You can also customize the reports saved in:
(HOPEX Solutions) Other Reports > My Reports folder.

(EA Desktop ) Reports folder.

To edit a report:
1. Open the report.

2. In the report page, click Edit Report .
The edit pane appears to the right of the report.
*To exit edit mode, "Exiting Report Edit Mode".
You can customize the report.

Exiting Report Edit Mode
To exit report edit mode:
1. Open the report.
*See "Opening a report (Web Front-End)".
2. In the report page, click Edit Report .
The edit pane to the right of the report disappears. You have exited the report edit mode.
Expanding a Report Chapter Automatically on Opening
You can open a report with one, several, or all its chapters automatically expanded.
This saves you from expanding each chapter after you refresh the report or the chapter.
To expand a report chapter automatically on opening:
1. Access the properties of the report.

2. In the drop-down menu, select Report chapters, and on the relevant chapter line, select Automatic display.
Adding a comment to a report
You can add a comment at:
report level
report chapter level
*To hide the report chapter comments, see "Modifying report options".
To add a comment to a report or to a report chapter:
1. Edit the report.
*See "Editing a Report".
2. Under the chapter title, click Add a comment / Add a comment to this chapter.
An edit window opens.
3. Enter your text.
4. (optional) Click to access the text formatting menus.
*Click Enlarge to enlarge the text edit window and display all formatting menus.
5. Click OK.
The comment appears under the title of the report / report chapter.
*If the "do not display chapter comments" option is selected after the addition of the comment, it is hidden; the content of the comment reappears if the option is cleared.
