Solution Desktops (Web Front-End)

The MEGA Solutions (Web Front-End) interface contains, menus, tabs and navigation panes specific to the business role to which you are connected.

The interface presents:
• At the top, in the first line:
• on the left, desktops for the Solutions to you have access.
*See "Examples of available desktops".
• on the right, a menu bar to manage your options, change your data language and logout.
• At the top, in a second row, navigation tabs.
*The number and titles of these tabs depend on the Solution you are using and your business role.
• On the left, navigation tabs to access business objects available for your business role.
• In the center, the edit area to execute business operations proposed by the selected Solution.

Examples of available desktops
At top left of the page, you access the different desktops according to the business role to which you are connected.

Administration
Enables access to functional administration features of Solutions.
Risk
Enables access to the HOPEX ERM Solution, which offers functions for managing operational risks in your enterprise.
Audit
Enables access to the HOPEX Internal Audit Solution, which allows you to rationalize internal audit activities and increase organization control capabilities.
Control
Enables access to the HOPEX Internal Control Solution, which offers internal control and control testing functionalities.
Compliance
Enables access to the HOPEX Regulatory Compliance Solution, which offers compliance management functionalities.
ITPM
Enables access to the MEGA IT Portfolio Management Solution, which offers application portfolio management functionalities.

Example of a desktop Home Page for the ITPM Solution
The edit area toolbar contains:
• : to save your updates.
• : to undo the last action executed.
• : to redo the last action executed.
• : to access your Home Page
Your home page contains tiles that provide quick access to repository data. The home pages delivered by default depend on the Solution and the connection business role.

Use your dashboard to quickly access repository information via Widgets. By default your dashboard is empty.
