Creating Business Documents
Business Documents can be attached to some object types.
*This tab is available only if your profile authorizes you to create document versions.
To create a business documents from an object of the repository:
2. Click New.
3. Indicate the File Location.
4. (Optional) Define the Document category.
5. Click OK.
The business document is connected to the object and stored by HOPEX.
*The maximum size of the uploaded file is 100Mio or 105Mo.
*You can upload a maximum number of business documents within a fixed period of time. Beyond, you must wait before repeating the operation. Default parameters can be modified in the environment options: Installation > Security > File Upload. For more information on the update of the environment options, see Modifying options at environment level in HOPEX Administration - Supervisor guide.
Business Document Category 
The document repository can be extensive, it is therefore important to classify business documents in categories.
A category enables classification of documents according to standard subjects such as, for example:
Audit
Internal Control
Assessment
Notification letter
etc.
