Identifying the responsibility of a actor
To identify the responsibility of an org-unit within an operation or a process, the org-unit must be assigned to a participant.

Identifying the responsibility of an Org-Unit within an operation
To identity the responsibility of an org-unit in an operation:
1. From a process diagram, select the appropriate operation and click the

button.
2. Access the tab Properties > Characteristics > Org-Unit.
3. Connect an existing org-unit or create a new one.
The org-unit appears in a table.
4. In the RACI column, select the adequate responsibility level:
• Consulted (C)
• Responsible (R)
• Responsible/Accountable (R/A)
• Informed (I)
• Accountable (A)
Identifying the responsibility of an Org-Unit within a process
To identity the responsibility of an org-unit in a process:
1. From a process diagram, select the appropriate participant click the

button.
2. Access the tab Properties > RACI.
The analysis report shows the letter representing the responsibility of the org-unit in the process or operation:
• (A) for Accountable
• (R) for Responsible
• (R/A) for Responsible/Accountable
• (C) for Consulted
• (I) for Informed
3. Click the

button.
The context of responsibility of the org-unit is indicated. You can view:
• the name of the participant to which the org-unit is assigned
• the name of the process that is owner of the participant
