The Actions Linked to the States of a Review Note
The actions that you can perform on a review note are linked to its state:
• opened:
• answer
• modify (if you are the author)
• validated
• closed
• cancel the validation
• closed
• reopen
The elements that participate in review notes are:
• the author of the review note: all persons with access to the object
• the annotated object
• the object itself
• one of the object attributes
• the review note
• the answers to the review note
• the persons who answer the review note: all persons who have access to the object, including the author of the review note.
• the person who validates the answer: all persons who have access to the object, including the author of the review note or the author of the answer.
• the person who closes the review note: all persons with access to the object.

You can:
• add a review note to an object or an object attribute.
• access your review notes.
• modify a review note if you are the author.
• Answer a review note.
• modify your answer to a review note.
