Accessing Reports Available for a Transformation
Different report types offer different analysis possibilities.
To access existing reports on a transformation portfolio:
1. Open the properties of the report.
2. Click the drop-down list then Reporting.
You have access to the following reports:
• Gantt Chart
• All comparison scenarios
• TCO of applications with scenario forecasts
• Number of applications per year
• Obsolete applications per year
Example of Scenario Comparison Report
A scenario enables grouping of a coherent set of initiatives to then enable comparison on criteria associated with the portfolio.
A scenario is a projection in time of development of real objects through initiatives.
This report enables comparison of costs of different scenarios between two dates. Either the scenarios belong to the same portfolio, or the report is built from a scenario. In this case, costs carried by initiatives of the scenario are compared with costs of real objects associated with initiatives.
Costs are compared according to their nature:
• infrastructure
• licenses
• service
• manpower
Costs are compared according to their type: operating or capital.
