The purpose of business documents is to manage in MEGA documents that evolve independently of the repository.

These can be, for example, legal or financial documents updated by org-units outside the enterprise, but attached to objects in the repository. A report (MS Word) generated by MEGA can become a business document.

Solutions have this function as standard. For other products, HOPEX Productivity Pack is required.
