Accessing Business Documents in MEGA Windows Front-End
To access all repository business documents:
1. Open the MEGA Windows Front-End, open Documentation navigation window.
To open this window, with
MEGA Windows Front-End, select
View > Navigation Windows > Documentation.
2. Expand the Business Documents folder.
You can access:
• all documents classified by alphabetical order (All documents)
• documents classified by categories
• documents classified by document patterns
To access business documents referenced from an object:
1. Open the properties page of the object.
2. Select the General tab and then the Documents subtab.
Accessing Business Documents in MEGA Web Front-End
To access all repository business documents:
In the Enterprise Architecture MEGA Web Front-End desktop, select the
Document Library navigation tab.
Access to business documents can vary depending on the solution used. In this case, refer to the corresponding user guides.
You can access:
• document Categories,
• the business documents list.
To access business documents referenced from an object:
1. Open the properties page of the object.
2. Click Characteristics.
3. Expand the Attachments section.
