Objective
Self-Service capabilities are designed for SaaS solutions to empower administrators to independently manage key features, reducing their reliance on the Cloud Services (MCS) team.
Prerequisites
To access the Self-Service capabilities, the Cloud Services team must provide:
the HOPEX Administrator - SaaS profile to access the Self-Service capabilities in HOPEX Administration desktop.
the Delegated Administrator role to access the Self-Service capabilities in the HAS console.
