Accessing Action Plans
Accessing all Action Plans
To access action plans in HOPEX Privacy Management:
In the navigation menu, select Action Plans.Here you find the list of action plans sorted according to different criteria:
• All action plans
Displays all action plans• Delayed action plans
Displays the action plans for which the Planned End Date is overdue• My action plans
Displays the action plans you own• My delayed action plans
Displays the action plans you own and whose Planned End Date is overdue.Accessing Action Plans specific to a Processing Activity
To access action plans specific to a processing activity:
1. In the navigation menu, select ROPA.
2. Open the property pages of a processing activity and select the Action Plans tab.
