Accessing a Collaboration Feature
You can access collaboration features permanently from the toolbar of your HOPEX interface.
Depending on the desktop on which you work, you can access:
• your workflows
• your notifications
See Notifications.• your review notes
• tags
• activities of all the repository objects
• activities of the objects that you follow
• objects that you are following
• your tasks
• your questionnaires
Access collaboration features from the Collaboration 
menu in the toolbar of your HOPEX desktop.

This menu gives access to two submenus:
• your To Do List 
• your Notifications and Activities 
The To Do List menu gives access to the following features:
