Managing Questionnaire Templates
Accessing Questionnaire Templates
To access questionnaire templates:
1. In the navigation bar of GRC solutions, select Administration > Assessment > Assessment Templates.
2. Open the properties of the assessment template of interest and select the Questionnaire Template page.
You may also expand the assessment template tree and select Definition > Questionnaire Template.Accessing Questionnaire Template Properties
To view questionnaire template properties:
2. Hover over the questionnaire template and click the Properties icon that appears.
In the questionnaire template properties you can:
• specify whether the questionnaire can be delegated or not
• choose to display the assessed object diagram
• specify the renderer
• standard
• in the form of a table
• in the form of a heatmap
• define scoring rules (mechanism by which answers are used to automatically populate the assessed object characteristics)
Opening a Questionnaire Template
To open a questionnaire template:
2. Hover over the questionnaire template and click the Open Questionnaire Template icon that appears.
