Creating a Risk
To create a risk:
1. In the navigation menu of the HOPEX IRM desktop, select Registers > Risks > All Risks.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a Name
4. (optional) Specify the risk Identification Mode
The risk could have been identified from:
• an "incident database"
• a "workshop"
• a "survey"
• an "audit"
5. (optional) Enter a Description
6. Click OK.
You can complete risk description through the risk property page.
