Managing Report Options
To modify report options:
1. Access the options (select Main Menu > Settings > Options).
2. In the options tree, select Tools > Documentation > Reports.
3. In the right frame, modify the options of interest, see:

Hiding/Displaying Information in your Reports
You can hide the following information in your reports:
• in the pdf, the name of the person who created the report
• the export buttons on report chapters
• the chapter comments
• help buttons
You can display the icons of objects in tables.
Deactivating Features in your Reports
You can disable the following functionalities:
• the dynamic rendering of reports (Web Front-End)
The Use dynamic rendering of reports in Web Front-End option enables in particular to value report parameters in an advanced way.
E.g.: with queries.
• the display limit for reports
By default, a report does not necessarily display in its entirety. It is limited in the amount of data it is able to display correctly:
• for a table: 50,000 cells
• for a bar chart: 500 bars
• for a bubble chart: 250 bubbles
• for a linear chart: 7,000 lines
• for a pie chart: 500 slices
• for a radar: 2,200 items
• for a dendrogram: 30,000 objects
Beyond this limit, report processing may fail.
The Deactivate the display limit in reports option allows to not take into account the limits set for each report type, but the complete execution of the report is no longer ensured.
Defining your Report Formats
You can define the formats:
• Excel export format (XLSX, XLS)

By default: XLSX.
• paper format

By default: A4.
