Configuring the Questionnaire Template
To configure the content of a questionnaire template, you must modify:
• properties applicable to the whole questionnaire (to all the questions)
• properties specific to each question
Defining Questionnaire Template Properties
To specify global properties of a questionnaire template:

From the drop-down list on the top right-hand side, select "Questionnaire".
General properties
You can specify the following properties:
• Title
• Description
• Creation Mode
This enables you to specify how the questionnaire template has to be handled in campaigns, that is to say whether you want to generate one questionnaire:
• per person
• per context
• per assessed object
Question layout
The Questions section enables to globally define question layout in the questionnaire.
Title location
Enables to modify the location of the question title (together with its description) and place it:
• at the top
• at the bottom
• on the left
Question description location
Enables to modify the location of the description (only) and place it:
• under the title
• at the bottom, after possible answers
Show question numbers
• activated (on)
• deactivated (off)
The question required symbol(s)
You can specify the “Required” symbol (by default: *)
This symbol is displayed at the question level when the question is declared mandatory.
Question title pattern
You can specify the location of the “Required” symbol, if any.
Question error location
Defining Questions Properties
To specify question properties:

Select the relevant question in the upper right drop-down list.
You can specify whether:
• the question is visible.

It may be useful to hide a question and display it only if a condition is met.
• the question is required
• question delegation is permitted
• the question is in read-only mode (by default, questions of HTML, Image or Expression type are in read-only mode and do not offer this option).
