Report and Dashboard of a Data Catalog
Two tools are available to analyze the content of a data catalog:
• The dashboard integrated into the catalog
• The Data Catalog Report
Dashboard of the Data Catalog
The data catalog dashboard is available in the data catalog properties Dashboard page. It provides an overview of the catalog properties.
Data Catalog Report
The data catalog report is used to analyze the content of one or more data catalog(s). This report is available for all HOPEX Data Governance profiles.
To generate a data catalog report:
1. Click the navigation menu then click Reports > Data Catalog Reports.
2. In the edit area, click the Data Catalog Report tile.
3. Select the relevant data catalog from the drop-down list.
4. Refresh the report.
It includes the following chapters:
• Organizations at stake: entities that use or consume the data in the catalog.
• Referenced Regulatory and Business Policy Frameworks
• Categories/Sections
