Adding/Deleting Objects to/from Your Collaborative Workspace
If you are owner of a collaborative workspace, you can add or delete objects. When you add an object to your collaborative workspace, this is extracted from the repository and locked for users who are not participants in your collaborative workspace.
To add or delete objects in your collaborative workspace:
1. In your HOPEX desktop, click Main menu > Collaborative Workspace > Manage Checked-Out Objects.
The dialog box of objects included in the collaborative workspace appears.
2. To cancel the Check Out of one or several of the listed objects, objects not yet modified in the workspace, select the object (use the [CTRL] key to select several), then click Cancel Check Out

.Selected objects are deleted from the collaborative workspace.
3. (Optional) To reserve repository objects for your collaborative workspace, click Check Out Objects

.4. (Optional) Clear Propagation if you do not want to add objects that depend on the selected object as a function of the chosen perimeter.
5. By default, export perimeter is as defined in the properties of the Export tool. To modify default perimeter, in the Perimeter field, select the propagation perimeter.
6. In the Objects to Reserve in Check Out pane, click the Add Objects to List button

.7. Perform object search and select objects in the result dialog box.
8. Click OK.
Objects appear in the list of objects to be reserved for your collaborative workspace.
In case of an error, select the object (use the [CTRL] key to select several), then click Remove Objects from Propagation List 
.9. Click Next.
The list of objects and their dependent objects appears.
10. In case of an error, select the object (use the [CTRL] key to select several) that you do not want to reserve, then click Remove Objects from Propagation List

.11. Click Finish.
12. Click OK.
The selected objects are reserved for your collaborative workspace. They are locked for users who are not participants in your collaborative workspace.
