Accessing Object Properties
In HOPEX, you can:
• access object properties as and when needed.
• display the properties window on a permanent basis (for example, for mass management of objects).
When you select an object, its properties are automatically displayed in the Properties 
window.

To access an object properties in HOPEX:
• in a diagram
Click the object and in the pie menu, select Properties 
.
.• in a tree
Click the icon next to the name of the object and select Properties.
The Properties window of the object is displayed.
• in an object list
Roll the mouse over the object name and click Properties 
.

You can choose to display the Properties window in HOPEX on a permanent basis so as to view immediately the properties of an object.
To display the properties window on a permanent basis in HOPEX:
1. Click the display button for the Properties 
edit area.

2. Select an object.
Its properties appear in the Properties window.
