Deleting Business Documents
You can however delete:
• a business document
• a business document version
Note that a business document must have at least one version to function, and that a version cannot exist independently of a business document.To delete a business document:
1. Right-click the business document and select Delete.
A window appears listing the document versions you are authorized to delete.
2. Select the business documents and/or business document versions you wish to delete and click Delete.
The business documents disappear from the object lists to which they were connected. The file managed by HOPEX remains however in the business documents storage directory.
