Accessing Business Documents in Windows Front-End
To access all repository business documents:
1. Open the HOPEX Windows Front-End, open Documentation navigation window.
To open this window, with HOPEX Windows Front-End, select View > Navigation Windows > Documentation.2. Expand the Business Documents folder.
You can access:
• all documents classified by alphabetical order (All documents)
• documents classified by categories
• documents classified by document patterns
To access business documents referenced from an object:
1. Open the properties page of the object.
2. Select the General tab and then the Documents subtab.
Accessing Business Documents in Web Front-End
Access to business documents can vary depending on the solution used. In this case, refer to the corresponding user guides.To access all repository business documents:
In the HOPEX Web Front-End Enterprise Architect desktop, click Repository > Documentation > Business Documents.You can access:
• business documents classified by category
• business documents classified by pattern
• the business documents list.
To define other object types that can be documented, see the English documentation Defining Business Document Objects.
To access business documents referenced from an object:
1. Open the properties dialog box of the object concerned.
2. Click Characteristics.
3. Expand the Attachments section.
