Using Action Plans
An action plan comprises a series of actions, its objective being to reduce risks and events that have a negative impact on company activities.Accessing action plans
Action plan access path and creation depend on the solution you actually use. See the corresponding documentation: Managing Action Plans for Internal Control or Creating Action Plans with HOPEX Business Process Analysis, for example.
To access the action plans in IRM solutions:
1. In the navigation menu, select Libraries> Libraries incidents.
To access the action plans in the Enterprise Architecture solutions, for example, from the navigation pane Transformation:
1. Select Corrective Action Plans > Action Plans.
2. Select All Action Plans tab.
Standard reports are offered to follow up expected and effective progression of one or more action plans. For more details, see: Action Plan Reports.
