Customizing the Page Setup of the Report in PDF Format
You can customize the page setup of the report in .pdf format:
do not display the table of contents
*Option selected by default: table of contents displayed
modify:
the page format and orientation
the margins (left, right, upper, lower) in mm
add information in:
the header (to the left, to the center, to the right):
Eg: logo, user name or current profile
the footer (to the left, to the center, to the right)
Eg: page number, date, current report title
Configuring the page setup of the report in PDF format
To configure the page setup of the report in .pdf format
1. Edit the report.
*See "Editing a Report".
2. From the report edit page, click Edit PDF print layout .
The page setup properties window of the report appears.
3. Modify the page setup parameters in the required .pdf format.
4. Click OK.
Hide the name of the person who generated the PDF of the report
By default, the name of the person who generated the PDF of the report appears in the footer of the PDF.
To hide the name of the person who generated the PDF of the report:
1. Access the options.
*To access the options, select Main Menu > Parameters > Options.
2. In the options tree, expand the Documentation folder and select Reports.
3. In the pane to the right, clear the "Display Report Creator Name in PDF" options.
4. Click OK.
