Creating an initiative from an application
To add an initiative to a transformation portfolio:
1. Click the navigation menu, then Transformation.
2. In the navigation pane, click All transformation portfolios.
The list of transformation portfolios appears in the edit area.
3. Select the portfolio concerned and click Properties
The properties dialog box of the portfolio appears.
4. Click the drop-down list then Trasformation.
5. In the Transformation Initiatives section, click New.
The initiative creation dialog box appears.
6. In the Element with Initiative field, find in the list of applications that from which you want to create an initiative.
7. Click OK.
Initiative name
By default the initiative carries the name of the object from which it is derived: it is recommended that you rename it.
To change the name of an initiative:
Click the name, press the <F2> key and enter the new name.
