Configuring Chats
You can:
• name a chat
*By default, the name of the chat is the name of the chat participants.
• add a participant to a chat
*To directly create a multiple chat, see "Creating Multiple Chats"".
• delete a participant from a chat
To configure a chat:
1. Access the chat concerned.
*See "Participating in Chats" or "Creating Chats".
2. Click Options .
The chat Options window opens.
3. (Optional) To name a chat, in the Chat With <Name of Participant, <Name of Participant> enter the name of the chat.
4. (Optional) To add a participant to your chat, in the Participants frame, click Add Participants .
The add persons dialog box appears.
• Select the person (you can select several).
• Click OK.
The selected person is added to the list of chat participants.
5. (Optional) To delete a participant from the chat, in the Participants frame:
• Select the person.
• Click Remove Participants .
The selected person is deleted from the list of chat participants.
