Adding Objects
To add an object to a diagram:
1. In the insert toolbar on the left, click the button corresponding to the type of object required, then click in the diagram where you want the object to appear.
*If you cannot find the appropriate button, see "Restricting and Extending Managed Object Types".
The add object dialog box appears.
2. Enter the name of the object (or select Query or List from the menu opened by the arrow to search for the required object).
3. Validate.
*The validation button will be titled differently depending on the particular case:
 
If the object...
... the validation button will be called
does not exist in the repository
Create
exists in the repository but is not connected to the diagram
Connect
exists in the repository and is already connected to the diagram (the same element can appear several times in the same diagram)
Duplicating
*When you create an object in a diagram, it is automatically connected to the diagram.
