Customizing a Workflow Definition
You can override a standard Workflow Definitions:
• deactivate/activate the Workflow Definition
To override a Workflow Definition:
1. Access HOPEX Studio desktop (with Hopex Customizer profile).
2. Click Customization > Workflow Definitions navigation menu.
3. Hover the cursor over the Workflow Definition concerned and click Open in new tab

Use the filtering tool to access the relevant Workflow Definition.4. Display its Override Configuration page.
5. To override the Workflow Definition, in the Attributes section select Active Workflow Definition.
6. In the Characteristics page, Subject Details section clear Active Workflow Definition.
