Previous step: Creating Assessment Campaigns

You need to create one or several assessment session(s) manually:

• if you chose not to base your assessment campaign on an assessment template.

• If you selected the scheduling option “Not now” when creating an assessment campaign.

Assessment session creation mode

To create an assessment session:

1. Open the properties of the campaign and select the Sessions page.

2. Click New then Next.

The session creation wizard opens.

From an existing assessment template

If you haven't defined a template on the campaign, you can define the session from an existing template: All the information characterizing the session is described in the template.

To apply a model to the session:

1. In the session creation wizard, select the Assessment template you want to use for the session.

2. Specify assessment session dates:

• Assessment Planned Begin Date is fixed at today's date

• Assessment Planned End Date.

3. Select the Questionnaire Template.

4. Click Next.

5. Select the Perimeter that corresponds to the object from which the object list to be assessed will be established.

6. Click Next.

A summary report for the session is presented for information.

7. Click Next.

8. Specify when to start the session. See Session start options.

9. Click OK.

Session start options

You have several possibilities to start a session:

• Not now

• Immediately

If you choose this option, you will be able to see the assessment session being launched.

• Specific Time and Date: later, specifying the date and time in UTC format
