1. In the navigation bar, click Reports > Create a report.
2. Use filters to find the Vendors Overview by Process report.

A process is considered critical when at least one of the business impact values of the last BIA proved to be “Critical”. See Managing Business Impact Values for more information on the definition of the BIA template.
Report Content
This table presents a global overview of the vendors involved in the selected processes.
The following columns are available:
• Critical process
• Entity: entity of the BIA
• BIA date: BIA closure date
• Business impact
• Contract: ongoing contract
• Contract type
• Code
• Vendor: vendor involved in the process (with an ongoing contract)
• Cyber rating
• Resource
• Contract begin date
• Contract end date
• Attachments (number, with a link to the attachments)
