11. Removing Unused Hopex Versions
To help reduce disk space consumption in managed environments, Instance Manager automatically removes Hopex versions that are no longer in use.
Cleanup is performed by a scheduled job that runs every Sunday, minimizing any impact on normal operations. Removed versions are not permanently lost and can be downloaded again if needed for maintenance or rollback purposes.

By default, only the two most recent unused Hopex versions are retained. All older unused versions are automatically removed every Sunday at 6:00 PM.
If needed, you can modify the following cleaner settings:
disable automatic purging, if your operational procedures require previously downloaded versions to remain available locally
change the purge schedule (day and time)
change the number of versions to retain (default: 2)
set the minimum age (in days) of versions eligible for purging (default: 0).
A value of 0 means that any unused version can be purged.
To modify the cleaner settings:
1. Access the HAS Instance Manager Console.
E.g.: http://localhost:30100/.
2. Click HAS Versions menu.
3. Click Version cleaner settings.
4. Change the required settings.
5. Click Save.
