NCV-4 - Capability Dependencies

The NCV-4 - Capability Dependencies subview shows the dependencies between capabilities (or capability functions) which are of interest to the architecture and groups these capabilities into logical groupings based on the need for these elements to be integrated. These groupings are used to inform the acquisition process and the NCV-3 - Capability Phasing subview.

NCV-4 - Capability Dependency Dictionary	The NCV-4 - Capability Dependency Dictionary Chapitre de rapport lists in alphabetical order the dependencies established between capabilities of the architecture. These dependencies are set within the context of an upper Capacité Métier so that sub-capabilities can be dependent in one context but independent in another. Each Dépendance de capacité métier is described with a list of its dependent and required capabilities.
NCV-4 - Capability x Capability Matrix	The NCV-3 - Capability Configuration Composition Hierarchy Chapitre de rapport provides a table which shows the dependencies that exist between different capabilities. This is to determine groups of coherent capabilities. Dependencies are represented by checkmarks. A checkmark appears in the table between two capabilities that are referenced by at least two capability compositions that are linked by a Dépendance de capacité métier. Checkmarks cannot be added to or removed from the matrix as they are aggregations of capability dependencies.
