Modifying the Collaborative Workspace Access Level of a Participant
The Owner or a Manager of the collaborative workspace can modify a participant access level to this collaborative workspace.
To modify a participant access level to the collaborative workspace:
1. In your HOPEX desktop, click Main menu > Collaborative Workspace > Manage Participants.
The window of the collaborative workspace participants appears.
2. Select the row of the person concerned.
3. In the Access Level field, select the access level of the participant to the collaborative workspace.
