This report describes which business applications support process categories or processes.
A process is considered as supported by an application if this process or one of its sub-processes or one of their operations is connected to this application or to one of its sub-application or to one of their IT service.
A process category is considered as supported by an application if this process category or one of its sub-category or their processes or one of their operations is connected to this application or to one of its sub-application or to one of their IT service.
In a report of this type, applications are broken down into several categories:
A process can be supported by zero (Orphan), one (Unique) or several (Mule) applications.
An application can support zero (Gap), one (Supported) or several (Pivot) processes.
The number of components of each category is presented:
as stacked bars.
as pie charts.
