Processes x Applications Support Charts (Statistics)
This report describes which business applications support process categories or processes.
A process is considered as supported by an application if this process or one of its sub-processes or one of their operations is connected to this application or to one of its sub-application or to one of their IT service.
A process category is considered as supported by an application if this process category or one of its sub-category or their processes or one of their operations is connected to this application or to one of its sub-application or to one of their IT service.
In a report of this type, applications are broken down into several categories:
• A process can be supported by zero (Orphan), one (Unique) or several (Mule) applications.
• An application can support zero (Gap), one (Supported) or several (Pivot) processes.
The number of components of each category is presented:
• as stacked bars.
• as pie charts.
