Value Stream Diagram

This diagram is used to describe a Value Stream, using the BPMN notation.

You can show the sequences of Value Stages, the conditioning and the events.

Value Stages can be assigned to participants that represent the skills needed to perform them.

This representation of a Value Stream is used to respond to the question: which skill do I need?
