Transformation Plan Completeness Analysis

This report helps to assess if deliverables of a project portfolio are aligned with the target landscape as stated in the Enterprise Stage.

It helps to identify:

- Incomplete projects portfolio: identify the 'new' Building Blocks defined in the target landscape but which are NOT delivered by any project

- Incomplete target landscapes : identify Building Blocks declared as project deliverables but which are not identified in the target landscape
