The Technical Architecture Diagram (TAD) focuses on the hardware architecture needed to run the software.
This type of diagram provides a detailed description of the technical architecture: network management, information flows, routing, and so on.
The TAD also allows you to choose the correct hardware configuration for your applications and databases, plus the networks used to exchange information.
