Project Deliverables per Portfolio Scenario

This report template emphasizes the projected deliverables status, for the project deliverables concerned by the selected scenario, according to the project acceptance or rejection within a scenario :

·New solutions [Green]: these solutions are delivered within this scenario

·Abandoned solutions [Grey]: these solutions will NOT be delivered within this scenario

·Updated solutions [Light Green]: these solutions will be updated within this scenario

·Aging solutions [Yellow]: these solutions will NOT be updated within this scenario, so their obsolescence level will increase

·Decommissioned solutions [Red] : these solutions will be decommissioned within this scenario

·Debt [Orange] : these solutions will NOT be decommissioned within this scenario, so their obsolescence level will increase and might reach a critical level

A 'box in box' rendering is also proposed to emphasize the projection of the scenario impact on deliverables supported capabilities
