The set of applications that are compared with the functional scope.
Several sets can be given so the comparison will take into account the group of sets to generate the reports.
A set can be defined different ways:
- From an application architecture: the functionalities are those supplied by the applications of the application architecture,
- From a geographical site: the scope is computed considering the application architecture located in that site.

- From an IT city planning: the functionalities are those set in each IT city planning area,
- From a geographical site: the scope is computed considering the application architecture located in that site.
