Projects Portfolio Type

A Portfolio can be of several types depending on the project state.

- Demand Portfolio

- Candidate Project Portfolio

- Ongoing Project Portfolio

- Candidate + ongoing project portfolio: these types combine the projects which are already running as well as the potential projects ; this is the main portfolio for the Project Portfolio Manager in terms of decision making.

When going through the workflow transition, a project is moved from portfolio to portfolio (e.g. a validated demand will be moved automatically from the Demand Portfolio to the Candidate Project Portfolio.
