Creating a City Plan
To create a city plan:
1. In the Main Objects navigation window, right-click the City Plans folder and select New > City Plan.
The Creation of City Plan dialog box appears.
2. Enter its name.
3. Click OK.
The city plan is created and added to the list of city plans.
